Dr. Young, the Program Director has more than 25 years of executive hands-on
expertise for establishing and maintaining information and cybersecurity enterprise
strategy to ensure information assets are adequately protected.
For the past 12 years Dr. Young has been facilitating some of world’s top graduate cyber risk programs, including that of Harvard University, Southern California and Ithaca College, just to name a few. He is a holder of top industry certifications (CCISO, CISSP, CGEIT, etc.) and is passionate about the security of our global critical infrastructure.

Module 1:
Effective Communication for Non-Technical Leaders
The module, among other aspects of cybersecurity focuses on understanding the importance of “strategy”, that all communication must be designed with audience and purpose in mind. It also delves into the importance of internal communications during a cyber-attack and steps towards the restoration of services in a timely manner. It also outlines incident response teams responsible for communicating with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, law enforcement, the media, incident reporting organizations, and those impacted externally as a result of the breach.
Module 2:
Cybersecurity Strategy
Cultivate the skills needed to design and implement a comprehensive information security strategy. Cybersecurity Strategy teaches you to take an active role in setting and participating in cybersecurity strategy within your organization. This provides an overview of different cyber security strategies and their practical implementation and advice on how to effectiveness of the existing measures with your IT department. You will also gain guidance on managing risks outside the responsibility of the IT department and how to respond and recover after a cyber security incident.
Module 3:
Artificial Intelligence &. Machine Learning
This module will help you (executives) form a practical grounding in artificial intelligence (AI) and its business applications, equipping you with the knowledge and confidence you need to transform your organization into an innovative, efficient, and sustainable company of the future. Build the ability to lead informed, strategic decision-making and augment business performance by integrating key AI management and leadership insights into the way your organization operates.
Module 4:
Management & Leadership
